Article IV — Acceptable Use

Article V — Rewards and PayPal
5.1 Rewards, if offered, are promotional and subject to rules displayed in the Application.
5.2 Withdrawals may require minimum balances, fraud checks, and verified PayPal payout details.
5.3 We may delay, reverse, or deny requests that appear fraudulent or inconsistent with program rules.
PayPal: Payout information is used only for withdrawal processing, fraud prevention, and legal compliance — not sold for third-party marketing.
Article VI — Intellectual Property
6.1 All software, visual assets, trademarks, and content belong to us or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial entertainment use.

As-is service: The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
No guaranteed earnings: Rewards and payouts are not wages or guaranteed income. Past promotional outcomes do not promise future results.
Article XI — Limitation of Liability
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Application.
11.2 Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability is limited to the greater of amounts paid in the prior twelve months or USD $50, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
Article XII — Indemnification
12.1 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pool Merge Master and its operators from claims arising from your misuse of the Application, breach of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.
